Quality and Quantity of Posts
The quality and number of posts available are dependent on the selected plan. Higher-tier plans typically offer more posts and enhanced quality features, while lower-tier plans may have limitations in both quantity and quality.
Content Customization
We offer customization for reels and graphics, but additional versions of the same content will count as separate content and billed accordingly
Carousel Post
Our package offers 3 professional photos for every photo post, perfect for a visually appealing carousel post.
Meta Ads Management
The budget for Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) will be determined based on the client’s individual needs and goals. Social media packages include only the management of Meta Ads; the ad spend budget is not included in the package and will be billed separately. The client is responsible for funding the Meta Ads budget directly through their Meta Business Account.
Optional Add-Ons
Model and voiceover services are charged separately and are not part of the package
Additional Work
Additional charges will be applied if additional work to any tasks, changes, or enhancements requested by the Client that fall outside the scope of the original project or service agreement.
Delivery and Scheduling
Content will be delivered and posted according to the agreed schedule. Rescheduling or last-minute changes may affect the timeline and incur additional fees.
Performance Guarantee
While efforts will be made to optimize content for engagement, the package does not guarantee specific results or follower growth.
Termination and Refunds
The package is non-refundable once the project has commenced. Either party may terminate the agreement with prior notice, subject to payment for completed work.
Communication
All project details and approvals must be provided in writing via email or agreed communication channels. Delays in approvals or communication from the client may impact timelines.
